November 2, Dia de los Muertos (Mexico)

Dia de los Muertos is a Mexican holiday that celebrates the lives of those who have passed. It is a multi-day holiday that takes place across the country. Family members create shrines called ofrendas, decorated with food, pictures, and objects their loved ones liked.
November 8, Guru Nanak Dev Ji Gurpurab (India)
“It is celebrated all over India by the Sikh community” – Umesh
This Indian holiday celebrates the birth of the first, and also one of the most celebrated Sikh gurus, Guru Nanak. The festival honoring his birth is one of the most sacred festivals in Sikhism.
November 15, The Proclamation of the Republic (Brazil)
The coup took place in Rio de Janiero, the capital of the Empire at the time.
In 1889, a military coup overthrew the monarchy of the Empire of Brazil, ending the reign of Emperor Pedro II. This holiday, celebrating the establishment of a provisional government, is commemorated on the 15th of November.
November 24, Thanksgiving Day (United States)
The first Thanksgiving was celebrated in 1621 over a three day harvest festival.
Celebrated on the fourth Thursday in November, Thanksgiving is a federal holiday in the United States. Originally a harvest festival, it is now typically commemorated with a Thanksgiving dinner.
