At Appen, we love hearing from our Contributors about topics that matter to them. This month, we are shining a light on Disability Pride Month. According to the American Bar Association, Disability Pride started in 1990 when the Americans with Disabilities Act was signed into law. Later that year, the first Disability Pride Day was held in Boston. On the 25th anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, the first official celebration happened in July 2015.
